Yes. The RealAppleIQ™ system is designed to be portable and can be operated in any environment where apple handling equipment is running. You can run sessions in your own test facility, at a customer site, or in a commercial packhouse.
RealUserIQ™ allows you to define session metadata including equipment type, configuration, and test conditions. Running multiple sessions under defined conditions produces comparable datasets that can be used for certification and design validation purposes.
Yes. Run measurement sessions on both configurations under the same conditions and compare the force profiles in RealDataIQ™. Charts, histograms, and the positional force map update instantly. Impact histogram data and graphics can be copied displayed and analyzed in excel or other tools.
Yes. Request a sub-license from Real Instruments. The sub-license is created and sent to you for distribution. You send the customer the packaged software installer and license. This enables them to open the shared full measurement data and video on their own device and review it independently. You control which runs they can see and for how long.
The RealSystemIQ™ uses a Newton (N) International System of Units (SI) as its unit of force for both Crush and Impact dynamics. A "RealSystemIQ Client Data Protection" document details how your data is kept secure, it can be found in the resources section. Any other technical questions should be directed to Real Instruments Limited.
